This course is perfect for absolute beginners. Yoga is a gift to all regardless of age, physical condition or state of mind. It will over time reduce the inner and outer signs and symptoms of aging. I believe that while Yoga makes our bodies stronger and more flexible, its greatest gift lies in its’ ability to help us create optimal health.
