‘Aspects of Yoga’ provides grounded and logical Yoga Teacher Training courses that focus on the physical practices of yoga as a vehicle towards the expansion of consciousness. Our intention is to:
You will be introduced to the many aspects of yoga from anatomy both physical and subtle to philosophy through study of the classical texts and all the known and unknown places in between, touching on some subjects briefly where relevant while delving more deeply into others as the needs arise. The courses have a structure though it is respected and expected that spontaneous diversion may occur. We wish to inspire all of our student teachers to teach from their hearts allowing their own true brilliance to shine through consciously participating in the awakening of possibility in others. More information about the training programme, the topics covered within the course with an outline of the syllabus, essential reading, course fees, start dates, duration, locations, attendance, what to bring, continuing education and additional costs are provided in the following sections. |
