Accredited by the Independent Yoga Network.

‘Aspects of Yoga’ is a Registered Yoga School with the Independent Yoga Network providing high quality training leading to recognised certification of 200/500hrs

IYN RYT and REPs Level 3 international standards.

Aspects of Yoga’ provides grounded and logical Yoga Teacher Training courses that focus on the physical practices of yoga as a vehicle towards the expansion of consciousness.

Our intention is to:

  • To give you a solid foundation from which to teach Yoga with confidence and authenticity

  • To ensure that your are able to deliver safe and effective multilevel classes or one to one sessions

  • To guide you towards a greater understanding of others and yourself.

You will be introduced to the many aspects of yoga from anatomy both physical and subtle to philosophy through study of the classical texts and all the known and unknown places in between, touching on some subjects briefly where relevant while delving more deeply into others as the needs arise.

The courses have a structure though it is respected and expected that spontaneous diversion may occur.

We wish to inspire all of our student teachers to teach from their hearts allowing their own true brilliance to shine through consciously participating in the awakening of possibility in others.
